Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2014 of the collective agreement of the metal packaging and metal packaging industry (convention code No. 99003445011982), which was signed on 29 January 2014, one party by the AME business association representing the undertakings in the sector, and the other by the trade union organisations FI-CC.OO and MCA-UGT on behalf of the employees, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (1) 2 and 3, of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, Recast Text approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,
This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
Second.
Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".
