Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2014 of the collective agreement for the recovery and recycling of waste and secondary raw materials (convention code 99004345011982), which was signed with Date 1 February 2014 of a part by the Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling (FER) and the Spanish Association of Paper and Carton Retrievers (REPACAR) on behalf of companies in the sector, and on the other hand by the Federation State of Private Services of Workers ' Commissions and the State Federation of Union Services General of Workers on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of March 24, and in Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,
This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
Second.
Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

Minutes of the meeting of the Negotiating Commission of the Collective Convention for the Recovery and Recycling of Waste and Secondary Raw Materials
In Madrid and in the local FER, in the Almagro Street, 22, 4. º, being 10 a.m. on February 1, 2014, the "Negotiating Commission of the Collective Agreement for the Recovery and Recycling of Waste and Materies" meets. Secondary premiums " with the assistance of the persons concerned, who deal with the following:

State Federation of Private Services of Workers ' Commissions: Jesus Martinez Dorado.
State Federation of General Workers ' Services: Antonio Moruno.
Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling (FER): Alicia Garcia-Franco Zuniga.
Spanish Association of Paper and Carton Retrievers (REPACAR): Cristina Afan de Rivera.
The meeting opens and it is stated that the GDP advance of the 4th quarter published by the INE makes the GDP variation for 2013 less than 1%.
In application of the agreements adopted in Article 12 of the Collective Agreement, it is agreed to apply an increase of 0.6% in all the remuneration concepts corresponding to the year 2014.
The amount of the various economic items is set out below. The new salary table for 2014 is attached as an annex.
Add-on plus transport: 2.26 €.
Daily overnight diet: € 45.47.
Diet for particular vehicle use, km: 0.25 €.
Diet by comid/medium dIa out of home: € 11.62.
Family help: € 14.79.
It is agreed to delegate to Alicia Garcia-Franco or Julio Lorente of the Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling, indifferently, so that they can carry out all the necessary steps, including sub-sanctions for the registration of this agreement and to do so they are delegated the necessary powers until their full registration.
And, there are no more issues to be dealt with, the sitting is closed at 10:30 a.m., signing in proof of their conformity all present
