By virtue of Article 3 of order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel and their modifications, empowers the General Secretariat of Fisheries to designate the list of ports in which the landings subject to that order may be made.

The list of designated ports was published by the Resolution of 2 September 2011, of the General Secretariat of the Sea, for which the list of designated ports pursuant to Order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 is published, establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel.

This list was updated by the Resolutions of 14 February 2013 and 14 March 2013 by the General Secretariat for Fisheries. The goal of the last modification was:

1. Include the port of Laredo in the authorized port relationship of Article 3 of the ARM 2017/2011 Order.

2. Modify the landing schedule of the port of Ondarroa included in the list of authorized ports of Article 3 of the Order ARM 2017/2011.

This list should be updated for the 2014 campaign. The General Secretariat for Fisheries has therefore resolved

following:

1. Modify the landing schedules of the ports of Gijon, Santander, San Vicente de la Barquera, Mutuku, Ondarroa and Lekeitio included in the list of authorized ports of Article 3 of the Order ARM 2017/2011.

2. º Publish and update the relationship of authorized ports, landing schedules, and locations where such landings are authorized.

Madrid, March 12, 2014. -Secretary General of Fisheries Carlos Dominguez Diaz.
