The additional provision of Royal Decree 297/1998 of 27 February, concerning the harmonisation of national rules with European standards, in paragraph 2, provides that the Ministry of Public Works will make public periodically, duly

updated, the list of national standards referred to in the previous paragraph.

Consequently, I have:

Single item.

The relationship of Spanish standards adopted with the European harmonised standards is updated, and Annex XVI of Royal Decree 297/1998 is replaced by the Annex to this Order.

Single end disposition.

This Ministerial Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
