Article 22 of the Regulation of Museums of State Entitlement and of the Spanish System of Museums, in its wording approved by Royal Decree 496/1994 of 17 March, establishes the general system of access to these museums on the basis of of equal treatment between the Spanish citizens and the citizens of the other Member States of the European Union, and the free opening, at least, four days a month.

Among the conditions of such a regime it is determined that the entry prices to the State-owned museums will be approved by Ministerial Order, in the same way as the special rates of free or price access reduced.

According to this provision, by Order of 28 June 1994 ("Official State Gazette" of 1 July), the public visit to the Museums of State Entitlement attached to the then Ministry of Culture and by Order of 20 of January 1995 ("Official State Gazette" of 16) developed the regime of exemptions, reduced prices, annual cards of access and credits for the visit to the Museums of State Entitlement attached to the said Department.

On the other hand, by Royal Decree 120/2004, of 23 January, the Museum of the Traje, Research Center of the Ethnological Heritage, is created as National Museum under the General Direction of Fine Arts and Cultural Property, by the price of entry to this new institution should be fixed.

By virtue of Article 26 of Law 8/1989, of 13 April, of Public Fees and Prices, as amended by Law 25/1998 of 13 July, I have:

First.-The entrance fee to the Museum of the Traje, Research Center of the Ethnological Heritage, will be of 3 euros per day.

Second. -They will be applied to the Museum of the Traje, Center for Research of Ethnological Heritage, as set out in points 2 to 8 of the Order of 28 June 1994 ("Official State Gazette" of July 1) regulates the public visit to the Museums of State Entitlement attached to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the Order of 20 January 1995 ("Official State Gazette" of 24 January) for which the regime of exemptions, prices reduced, annual access cards and credits for the visit to the Museums of State Entitlement attached and managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.

Third. This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the State".
