Key Benefits:
By virtue of Article 3 of order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel and their modifications, empowers the General Secretariat of Fisheries to designate the list of ports in which the landings subject to that order may be made.
The list of designated ports was published by the Resolution of 2 September 2011, of the General Secretariat of the Sea, for which the list of designated ports pursuant to Order ARM/2017/2011 of 11 July 2011 is published, establishing the control of landings of more than 10 tonnes of herring, mackerel and horse mackerel.
This list was updated by the Resolutions of 14 February 2013, 14 March 2013 and 12 March 2014 of the General Secretariat for Fisheries.
Received the request of the Fishermen's Cofradia of Muros for modification of the hours of unloading for more than 10 tons of mackerel, horse mackerel and herring, the General Secretariat of Fisheries has resolved the following:
1. Modify the time of landing of the port of Muros included in the list of authorized ports of Article 3 of the Order ARM 2017/2011.
2. º Publish and update the relationship of authorized ports, landing schedules, and locations where such landings are authorized.
