The Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of 20 January 1998 laying down the regulatory bases for the award of grants for the implementation of career guidance actions and assistance for self-employment, as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of 4 February 2000, indicates in Article 4.1.c) that the maximum amounts of the grants referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of that Article, shall be updated each calendar year in accordance with the evolution of the price index to the consumption.

The data produced by the National Statistics Institute indicate that the Consumer Price Index for 2009 has turned out to be 0.8 per 100.

In its virtue, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.1.c) of the Order of 20 January 1998, this Directorate-General of the State Public Employment Service has resolved:

First. -The maximum amounts with which the State Employment Public Service will subsidize the total remuneration and the business contribution to the Social Security for all the concepts of the personnel necessary for the implementation of the actions in accordance with the laws and regulations of the applicable collective agreement, or in accordance with the rules of application in public administrations for civil servants, and for the year 2010 the following shall be:

(a) For technicians, those laid down in the respective implementing rules for each category, level or professional group, up to EUR 32,071,76 per year.

(b) For support staff, the remuneration laid down in the respective implementing rules for each category, level or professional group, up to EUR 22,450.24 per year.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
