Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2010 of the general collective labour agreement of the textile and clothing industry published in the BOE of 9-10-2008 (Convention Code No. 9904975), which was signed on 29 April 2010 by the business associations that constitute the Spanish Intertextile Council (ATEVAL successor of the National Association of Recovery Fibers, the Textile Industrial Association of the Process Algodonero, the Spanish Group of the Gender of Punto and the National Group of Manufacturers of Medias, the National Federation of the Lanera Textile Industry, the National Federation of Finishes, Textile Mills, the Textile Federation, and the Spanish Federation of Garment Workers; the Spanish Association of Desmotadoras Cotton; the National Employers ' Association of the Textile Industry of Polyolefins and Hard Fibres (SUPPORTIDE); and the National Union of Carpet and Moquettes Manufacturers representing companies in the sector, and on the other hand, the trade union organisations FITEQA-CC.OO and FIA-UGT representing employees of the In accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Decree of Law 1/1995 of 24 March 1995, the recast of the Law on the Staff Regulations and Royal Decree 1040/1981 of 22 December 1981 was adopted.
