Article 8.2 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, as amended by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, establishes that the implementation and suppression of the teachings leading to the acquisition of of official character and validity throughout the national territory, shall be agreed by the Autonomous Community, either on a proposal from the Social Council or on its own initiative with the agreement of the Council, in any case before the Council of University Government.

The implementation of the official teaching is regulated by Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, which establishes the ordination of official university teaching and by Decree 11/2009 of 20 January 2009. implementation and suppression of official university teaching leading to the attainment of degrees, Master and Doctorate.

Article 8 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October states that university teaching leading to the award of official titles and validity throughout the national territory shall be structured in three cycles, Grade, Master and Doctorate respectively.

The Board of Universities of the Ministry of Education, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25.7 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, and once received the evaluation report of ANECA, National Agency of Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, has resolved to positively verify the proposal of the degree of teaching presented by the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.

Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 ("BOE" of 3-7 2010) amends Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October and, in Article 26.3, states that once the Government has approved the official character of the title, the Rector of The University will order to publish the curriculum in the "Official State Gazette" and in the Official Journal of the corresponding Autonomous Community.

By Order of 23 June 2010, from the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, published in the "BOPV" of 12-7-2010, the implementation of official teaching of the University of the Country is authorized. Basque/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and, by agreement of the Council of Ministers dated 12 November 2010, published by Resolution of 22 November 2010 of the General Secretariat of Universities ("BOE" of 16-12-2010), the official character of the same.

For all this, pursuant to the aforementioned article 26.3 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, in the wording set out in Royal Decree 861/2010, and once established the official character of the Degree in Physics, I resolve:

Single item.

Proceed to the publication, in the "Official State Gazette", of the degree in Physics curriculum that is taught in the Faculty of Science and Technology in the terms set out in the Annex to this resolution.
