The Board of Directors of the Enterprise Public Infrastructure Manager (ADIF), in its session of 28 January 2011, adopted unanimously the members present with the right to vote, and absent by delegation, the Agreement set out in the Annex to this Resolution, approving the update for 2011, of the Document of Declaration on the Network, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.1.n) of the Statute of that Business Public Entity.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Order FOM/897/2005 of 7 April 2005 on the network declaration and the procedure for the allocation of railway infrastructure capacity, it is for the General Secretariat to Infrastructure to order the publication of the agreements approving the amendments to the network declaration, a forecast to which compliance is made by this Resolution.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3 of the said Order, the updated document of the Declaration on the Network will be available through the website of the Railway Infrastructure Manager, www.adif.es, and, in any case, any candidate will be able to acquire from the Railway Infrastructure Manager, a copy of the updated Network Statement.

Board of Directors Agreement of the business public entity Railway Infrastructure Manager (ADIF)

The Board of Directors of the Business Public Infrastructure Manager (ADIF), in its session of 28 January 2011, at the seventeenth of the agenda, has adopted, unanimously members present with voting rights, and absent by delegation, the following agreement:

"Approve, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.1.n) of the Statute of the Entity, the" Update, for the year 2011, of the Document of Declaration on the Network ", the document of which is incorporated as Annex IV to the Act of the session. "
