The personal data files of the Ministry of Economy and Finance are currently regulated in Order EHA/2242/2010, of July 29, for which data files of a personal nature are regulated. existing in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in certain public bodies attached to it.

The purpose of this order is to amend the aforementioned Order EHA/2242/2010, of 29 July, with the main purpose of creating several new files of personal data as a result of needs arising in the development of the department's own functions. In particular, files are created for the responsibility of the following management centers: Institute of Fiscal Studies (IEF), General Directorate of the Catastro, Directorate General of Financial Coordination with Autonomous Communities and Entities Local, General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE), General Directorate of Personnel and Public Pensions Costs, Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), Delegations of Economy and Finance in Cordoba and León, Institute of Accounting and Audit of Accounts (ICAC) and State Mobile Park.

In addition, the level of security of some of the existing files is modified in order to adapt it to the provisions of Article 81 of the Implementing Regulation of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of Data Protection Personal character, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December.

Also modified the "User file Web Portal MEH", of the responsibility of the Technical General Secretariat, due to the change that has occurred in the denomination of the unit of exercise of rights, and the file " Control "The time of the delegation of the delegation of Cordoba", of the responsibility of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Cordoba, as regards the direction of the unit of exercise of rights.

Finally, the "IANUS" file is deleted from the responsibility of the General Intervention of the State Administration.

This order has been submitted to the previous report of the Spanish Data Protection Agency and is issued under Article 20 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. The following files of personal data are created, which are incorporated in Annex I of Order EHA/2242/2010, of July 29, which regulates the files of personal data existing in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in certain public bodies attached to it, in accordance with the description set out in Annex A to this order:

m) Third party file (SOROLLA) /Docuconta. Responsible: Directorate-General for Financial Coordination with Autonomous Communities and Local Entities.

n) Gala (for the management of access to information systems within the scope of the budgetary administration). Responsible: General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE).

o) Analysis of posts. Responsible: General Directorate of Personnel and Public Pensions Costs.

q) ICO-Advice. Responsible: Institute of Official Credit (ICO).

r) Videosurveillance of the headquarters of the delegation of Cordoba. Responsible: Delegation of Economy and Finance in Cordoba.

s) Videosurveillance of the headquarters of the Delegation in León. Responsible: Delegation of Economy and Finance in León.

t) The information file for the account audit activity. Responsible: Accounting and Audit Institute of Accounts.

u) Points balance file. Responsible: Mobile Park.

v) Identification requirements file. Responsible: Mobile Park.

2. The files set out in Annex I to Order EHA/2242/2010 of 29 July 2010, as set out in Annex B to this order, are amended as set out in that Annex.

3. The file 'IANUS', included in Annex I to Order EHA/2242/2010 of 29 July 2010, is deleted from the responsibility of the General Intervention of the State Administration. The data in this file will become part of the "Gala" file, also the responsibility of the General Intervention of the State Administration.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
