Final provision fifth paragraph two of Organic Law 9/2011, of July 27, of rights and duties of members of the Armed Forces, amended the additional provision of Law 39/2007 of 19 November of the Military career, making it possible to enter the Military Body of Health, a major medical specialty, and, therefore, in the Military School of Health, without prior university degree, understanding the training of medical officers, in this on the one hand, on the one hand, general, specific and technical military training and, on the other, corresponding to the official graduate degree in Medicine.

In Order DEF/1158/2010 of 3 May, on general guidelines of the plans of studies of general, specific and technical training for the access to the different scales of officers, the teaching of training for the incorporation at the level of officers of the Military Body of Health, a major medical specialty, when the entrance is without the requirement of prior university degree, and consequently, neither its duration nor the credits that make it up, as well as the distribution of the workload and configuration The modular design of such a curriculum, all these aspects must be developed.

Therefore, it is necessary to make the necessary modifications in order to adapt this order to the new form of income established by the Organic Law 9/2011, of July 27.

On the other hand, it is necessary to adapt Order DEF/792/2010, of 25 March, by which the rules for the selection of the selection processes for the entrance in the military training centers of formation for the access to the scales of officers of the general and marine corps, to the modifications that, on the formulas that apply for the income, has introduced the Royal Decree 558/2010, of 7 May, in the Royal Decree 1892/2008, of 14 November, under which conditions for access to official university teaching are regulated Degree and procedures for admission to Spanish public universities.

In its virtue, I have:

Single item. Amendment of Order DEF/1158/2010 of 3 May on general guidelines for the curricula of general, specific and technical military training for access to the different scales of officers.

Order DEF/1158/2010, of 3 May, is amended on general guidelines of the plans of studies of general, specific and technical training for the access to the different scales of officers, in the following meaning:

One. The second paragraph of Article 5.e is amended as follows:

" The subjects and subjects, or part of the credits allocated to the latter, of the teaching of training to be incorporated at the scales of officers entering without the requirement of prior university degree, that configuring the plans of studies of the military formation, are also included in the plan of studies of the degree of degree that is taught in the corresponding university center of the defense, they receive the denomination of duals. "

Two. Article 6 is amended as follows:

" Article 6. Structure of training education.

1. The education of training to be incorporated in the scales of officers entering without a university degree, includes, on the one hand, the plans of studies of the military formation and, on the other, those of a degree of university degree.

2. Training courses to be integrated in the scales of officers entering with a university degree requirement include the plans of studies of general and specific military training, and, where appropriate, of the technique to be completed by the previously accredited with the qualifications required for admission.

3. Training courses to be assigned as a complement to the military, include the plans of studies of general and specific military training and of the necessary technical training. "

Three. Article 7 is amended as follows:

" Article 7. Military training centres for training.

1. The teaching of training of officers to be integrated or assigned to the specific bodies of the armies and the common bodies of the Armed Forces will be taught in the determined military teaching centers and will be collected in the Corresponding study plans.

2. Certain subjects or subjects in the military training curriculum may be developed in universities or in educational, civil or military institutions, national or foreign, with which the corresponding training is established. convention. "

Four. Article 8 (2), which is worded as follows, is amended as follows:

" 2. Instruction and training shall be computed in days and weeks or, where appropriate, in hours, in accordance with the following:

(a) In days and weeks, when given with exclusive character, understanding this as that period of time in which this activity is unique and priority in the teaching of training. For computation purposes, one day of instruction and training shall be equivalent to six hours of the weekly hourly load.

b) In hours, in those cases where instruction and training is delivered discontinuously in different days; in this case, six hours will be considered equivalent to one day.

In neither of the two cases referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) above, it shall be computed within the reading load, expressed in hours, of the military training curricula. "

Five. Article 9 (b) is amended as follows:

" b) Integration in the Intrend Corps and Polytechnic Engineers of the Army of the Earth, Navy Engineers, and Air Force Engineers and in the common bodies of the Armed Forces:

1. Non-University Degree Income: Considering the integration of the two curricula referred to in Article 6.1.

-Military Corps of Health, major specialty Medicine: 6 academic courses.

2. College Degree Income: 1 academic year. "

Six. A second paragraph is added to Article 10.1, with the following wording:

" The maximum number of credits necessary for the incorporation at the level of officers of the Military Corps of Health, major medical specialty, when entering without the requirement of university degree, consequence of the integration of the two study plans, will be 436. "

Seven. A second paragraph is added to Article 11 (b) .3, which is worded as follows:

"In the case of entry without a requirement for certification, the provisions set out in the heading 1."

Eight. The second paragraph of Article 13.4 is amended, which is read as follows:

"In the curricula to be incorporated in the scales of officers whose duration is higher than an academic year, their burden will be distributed among all the courses that make up them."

Nine. The second paragraph of Article 13.5 is amended as follows:

" The students of the training education to integrate into the general and marine corps, as well as in the Military Corps of Health, fundamental specialty Medicine entering without requirement of qualification (a) a university shall acquire, at least, the competences of the Council of Europe level B2 as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, being the minimum required for a second language. "

Ten. The ordinal 2. of Article 14 (d) is amended, which shall be read as follows:

" 2. Intrend Corps and Polytechnical Engineers of the Army of the Earth, Navy Engineers and Air Force Engineers and Common Corps of the Armed Forces: Between 2 and 3.5 ECTS per academic year.

Military Corps of Health, major specialty Medicine, entrance without university degree: Between 6 and 12 ECTS. "

Once. The ordinal 2. of Article 14.e is amended, which shall be read as follows:

" 2. Intrend Corps and Polytechnical Engineers of the Army of the Earth, Navy Engineers and Air Force Engineers and Joint Armed Forces Corps: Between 5 and 8 ECTS.

Military body of health, major specialty Medicine, entrance without university degree: It will not be less than 14 ECTS. "

Twelve. Article 16 is amended, as follows:

" Article 16. Design and content of the study plans.

1. Plans for military training studies shall contain the following:

(a) The professional profiles to be achieved according to the fields of activity in which the military will perform, in the first job, the tasks of his/her body and fundamental specialty.

b) The temporary planning of the curriculum (as set out in Appendix 9 to Annex II).

c) Recognition of credits considering the military origin of the student.

2. The curricula shall determine the subjects or subjects likely to be imparted, partially or wholly, by distance learning, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to attend in person.

3. In the plans of military training studies to be integrated into the general and marine corps, as well as in the Military Corps of Health, major medical specialty, without requiring a university degree, with the purpose of (a) to promote training in the English language, a priority within the Armed Forces, regardless of their teaching through the credits assigned to the foreign language module, in the last three courses will be able to incorporate their learning into other modules by means of the impartition, in that language, of all or part of any of the subjects that integrate them. "

Thirteen. Article 18 (2), which is worded as follows, is amended as follows:

" 2. For the remaining training of officers, the calendar of activities of the military training will be approved by the respective Teaching Directors and, in the case of the common bodies of the Armed Forces, by the Deputy Director General of Management and Teaching Policy. "

Fourteen. Article 20 is amended as follows:

" Article 20. Effects of the improvement of curricula.

The improvement of the curricula of the relevant training education and the award of one of the access places of the annual provision, will cause the following effects:

(a) The acquisition of the military or military complement military condition, if not previously held.

b) the allocation of the use of a vessel, as appropriate, except where it is at the same level and in a different body, in which case the use and time of services on the scale of the vessel shall be maintained; source.

c) The acquisition of a fundamental specialty. "

Single additional disposition. Approval of the curricula.

Within the maximum period of two months, counted from the date of entry into force of this ministerial order, the Minister of Defense shall approve the plans of studies of general, specific and specialty military training. fundamental to be incorporated at the level of officers of the Military Corps of Health, major medical specialty when for admission no university degree is required.

Final disposition first. Amendment of Order DEF/792/2010 of 25 March 2010 approving the rules governing the selection processes for admission to military training centres for access to the scales of officers of the Member States. General and Marine Corps.

One. The sixth subparagraph of paragraph 2 of Annex I to Order DEF/792/2010 of 25 March 2010 is amended as follows:

" M1, M2: The ratings of a maximum of two specific phase-specific subjects that provide the best final score of the contest or, for access with higher technical qualifications, the qualifications of a maximum of two exercises beyond the specific stage that provide the best final score for the competition, as indicated in Royal Decree 1892/2008 of 14 November 2008, as amended by Royal Decree 558/2010 of 7 May, and in paragraph 3 next. "

Two. Paragraph 4 of Annex I to Order DEF/792/2010 of 25 March 2010 is hereby cancelled.

Final disposition second. Powers of development.

The Assistant Secretary of Defense is hereby authorized to issue, in the field of his powers, how many provisions are necessary for the implementation of this ministerial order.

Final disposition third. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
