Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the universities Council, following a positive report from the National Agency for quality assessment and accreditation, and agreed the official nature of the title by agreement of the Council of Ministers on 12 November 2010 (published in «Official Gazette» on December 16, 2010, by resolution of the General Secretariat of universities on November 22, 2010) , in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, this Rectorate resolved to publish the curriculum leading to the degree of PhD in Cultural management which is annexed to the present resolution.

Annex of doctorate programme in Cultural Management the formative part of this doctoral programme corresponds to the Master's degree in Cultural Management, whose deployment was authorized by the Ministry of education according to Decree 158/2009, of 2 October, the Consell, which authorises the implementation of official university education of masters in the Cardenal Herrera-CEU University of Valencia.
In addition, the curriculum of the master was published in «Diari Oficial de la Comunitat Valenciana» No. 6324 Tuesday, August 3, 2010 and in the «Official Gazette» No. 191, Saturday, August 7, 2010, according to resolution of 19 July 2010 of the University Cardenal Herrera-CEU, which publishes curriculum of the Master's degree in Cultural Management.
