By means of the Resolution of 15 October 2010 ("BOE" of 26), of the Director General-President of the Business Public Entity Spanish Airports and Air Navigation, the Electronic Headquarters of the Public Entity was created Business Spanish Airports and Air Navigation in compliance with article 3.2 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to the public services.
By virtue of Article 18.2 of Law 18/2014 of October 15, of the approval of urgent measures for the growth, competitiveness and efficiency of the Public Business Entity Spanish Airports and Air Navigation (AENA), Step to be named ENAIR.
It is also necessary to change the electronic reference address of its headquarters as provided for in Article 2 (b) of the said Resolution of 15 October 2010.
On the other hand, it is necessary to modify the articulo 2, paragraphs d), f) and h) of that Resolution in order to designate within the current structure of ENAIRE to the competent unit for the technological management of the Headquarters, as well as the common contents of the same and identification of the channels of access to the services available at the headquarters.
Finally, the amendment to Article 4 (1) is also necessary to identify the dependencies on which suggestions and complaints can be made physically in relation to content, management and services. offered at the headquarters, according to the dependencies currently existing in ENAIRE.
In its virtue and in the exercise of the powers delegated by the Board of Directors of ENAIRE at its meeting of 24 July 2015, it is determined:
First.
All references to AENA made in the Resolution of October 15, 2010, of the Director General-President of the Business Public Entity Spanish Airports and Air Navigation shall be construed as being made to the Public Entity Business ENAIRE and those made to AENA's Electronic Headquarters (SEA) will be understood as the electronic headquarters of ENAIRE (SEE).
Second.
amend Article 2 (b), (d), (f) and (h) of the Resolution of 15 October 2010, which shall be worded as follows:
"(b) The electronic address of the headquarters shall be https://sede.enaire.gob.es."
"(d) The technology management of the headquarters shall be the responsibility of the Systems Directorate, which shall exercise it through the Information Systems Division."
"(f) The management of the common contents of the seat shall be the responsibility of the General Secretariat."
" h) They will be channels of access to the services available at the headquarters:
For electronic access, through the Internet, with the characteristics defined in this article.
For in-person care, the ENAIRE Headquarters, and offices of its Regional Directorates. "
Third.
amend the third paragraph of Article 4.1, which shall be read as follows:
" 1. The means available for the formulation of suggestions and complaints regarding the content, management and services offered in the ESS shall be as follows:
Presential presentation, or by post, before the registration of ENAIRE or in the form established in Article 38 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Procedure Common Administrative.
Telematics presentation, through the general mailbox of complaints and suggestions available at the electronic headquarters. "
Fourth.
Publish this Resolution to the "Official State Gazette" which will take effect the day after that publication.
