This order is issued in accordance with the enablement set forth in the final provision of Royal Decree 784/2009 of 30 April 2009.
In the procedure for drawing up this provision, the autonomous communities and representative entities of the sectors concerned have been consulted.

Single item. New deadline for the submission of applications in the year 2012 of the State subsidies regulated in Royal Decree 784/2009 of 30 April 2009 laying down the regulatory bases for State subsidies for the groups Livestock protection.
During the year 2012, the deadline set out in Article 5.2 of Royal Decree 784/2009 of 30 April 2009 laying down the regulatory basis for state subsidies for health defence groups Livestock farming is established until 31 August, inclusive.
Single end disposition. Entry into force.
This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
