This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the said Agreement in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.
Second.
Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

AGREEMENT OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE XIV COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE ELEVEN AND ITS STAFF
In Madrid, on 4 July 2012, at the premises of the Directorate General of the ONCE, Calle del Prado, 24, the representations of the Company and the workers, constituted in the Negotiating Commission of the XIV Convention, are gathered. Collective of the ONCE and its staff, formally convened for these purposes, in accordance with Article 88 of the Workers ' Statute.
The plenary session of the General Council of the ONCE, at its meeting on 28 June 2012, has approved the drawing up of an extraordinary drawing of the lottery mode called "Coupon of the ONCE", to be held on Sunday. 11 November 2012, in the framework of the General Agreement between the Government of the Nation and the ONCE, and under the conditions set out in the Council Agreement itself. It is necessary to agree to the regulation of the remuneration conditions surrounding this product, as provided for in the XIV Collective Agreement.
The ONCE and the UGT and the Workers ' Commissions adopt this Agreement, with the same value as the collective agreement:
"Conditions of Sale for the Special Product Sweepstakes of the Lottery Mode called" Coupon of the ONCE " on November 11, 2012
1. The sale for the special product sweepstakes of the lottery mode called "Coupon of the ONCE" on November 11, 2012 will be carried out in advance by all authorized outlets, and by all the active staff of agents sellers and sellers who sell for part or all of the range of dates on which they are marketed, while simultaneously selling them with the rest of the products.
2. The coupons for the November 11, 2012 drawing will have the same salary conditions as the coupons for the regular weekend draw, which is why the commission count will be the result of considering the sale as the made for any weekend draw, adding it to the seller's monthly global sale, and taking this into account for the purposes of the mandatory minimum and sales threshold.
3. This sales commission shall be collected by the selling staff under the conditions laid down in Circular 25/2009 of 17 November.
4. These rules shall enter into force, and shall begin to have effect, from the date of signature of this Agreement.
5. The Directorate-General of the ONCE is empowered to dictate the development instructions it considers most appropriate to ensure the proper implementation of this Agreement. "
