This Employment General Address resolves:

Order the registration of the said Agreement in the corresponding Register of Conventions and collective agreements of work with operation through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.

AGREEMENT OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE XIV COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE ELEVEN AND ITS STAFF
In Madrid to 16 July 2012, in the premises of the Directorate General of the ONCE, Calle Prado, 24, the representations of the Company and the workers, constituted in the Negotiating Commission of the XIV Collective Convention, are gathered. of the ONCE and its staff, formally convened for these purposes, in accordance with Article 88 of the Staff Regulations.
The representations of the ONCE and the UGT union approve the following text for Article 50 of the XIV Collective Agreement, "Participation in the results of the sale of gaming products by other channels", which is drafted in these terms:
1. The ONCE will pay a premium for participation in the results of the sale of gambling products through sales channels different from the network of sellers in the terms agreed in this article. This premium shall be levied exclusively by sellers who satisfy the conditions laid down in paragraph 4. Sales entitled to this premium, depending on the sales channel, lottery mode and product type, are regulated in the following sections.
2. For sales that are carried out through the Supplementary Physical Channel, the Friday and weekend newspaper products of the coupon lottery mode, the total premium will be the equivalent of 4% of the total actual sales.
3. For sales carried out through different channels of the network of vendors, in all modalities, except for the sales referred to in paragraph 2. above, the total premium shall be the equivalent of 3% of actual sales exceeding the first five million euro.
4. The monthly premium for regulated participation in this article will be distributed in a linear way, solely and exclusively, between vendors who meet these two conditions at the same time:
• Belong to an Autonomous Community in which the number of different sales points of sales agents of a template is greater than 10% of the average number of sales agents of that Autonomous Community.
• Haber made in the month a sale of products of more than five thousand euros.
In no case shall the premium for participation paid to a seller exceed 30% of the remuneration received by that seller in the month for basic salary, seniority supplement and commissions for sale. In such cases the excess over that amount will be accumulated for the distribution of the premiums for the following month.
