Obtained the verification of the study plan by the Council of Universities, prior to the approval of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, as well as the authorization of the Autonomous Community of the Principality According to Decree 91/2009 of 29 July 2009 (published in BOPA of 31), the official character of the title was established by the Council of Ministers ' Agreement of 22 January 2010 (published in the BOE of 26 February by the Secretary-General's Resolution). This Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, has resolved to publish the modification of the plan of studies leading to the obtaining the official title of Master's degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language, which will be structured as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.
