According to the provisions of Articles 17.1.k and 17.1.t) of the Statute of the State Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), approved by Royal Decree 184/2008 of 14 February 2008, are functions corresponding to the Governing Council. appointment and termination, on a proposal from the Director, of the members of the Agency's bodies and of the other management staff "as well as" the approval of the inventory of goods and rights attached to the Agency in accordance with the provisions of the Law 33/2003, of 3 November, of the Heritage of Public Administrations, respectively.

Furthermore, Article 25 of the Staff Regulations provides that the Director is the highest executive body of the Agency and is responsible for the management and management of the Agency. Article 26.1 also lists the functions which correspond to it, as indicated in point (t) of that article, which is the function of the Director, to "carry out the other powers and functions conferred on him by this Statute and any other rules". applicable, as well as those delegated to it, where appropriate, by the President or the Governing Council. Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Law No 30/1992 of 26 November 1992, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, in relation to the provisions of the Additional provisions of Law 6/1997 of 14 December 1997 on the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State, and Article 26 of the Statute of the State Aviation Safety Agency, approved by Royal Decree 184/2008, February 8, the AESA Rector Board.

AGREEMENT:

First.

Delegation of competencies. The exercise of the following powers conferred by the EASA Statute on its Board of Directors is delegated to the Director of EASA:
