Furthermore, Article 25 of the Staff Regulations provides that the Director is the highest executive body of the Agency and is responsible for the management and management of the Agency. Article 26.1 also lists the functions which correspond to it, as indicated in point (t) of that article, which is the function of the Director, to "carry out the other powers and functions conferred on him by this Statute and any other rules". applicable, as well as those delegated to it, where appropriate, by the President or the Governing Council. With a view to speeding up the operational functioning of the Agency, it has become apparent that the delegation, at the Director of the Agency, will have some powers conferred on the Council. Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Law No 30/1992 of 26 November 1992, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, in relation to the provisions of the Additional provisions of Law 6/1997 of 14 December 1997 on the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State, and Article 26 of the Statute of the State Aviation Safety Agency, approved by Royal Decree 184/2008, February 8, the AESA Rector Board.

AGREEMENT:

First.

Delegation of competencies. The exercise of the following powers conferred by the EASA Statute on its Board of Directors is delegated to the Director of EASA:
