The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport currently has a total of four registration offices, all of them in the city of Madrid, according to Order ECD/841/2012, of 19 April, for which the offices of registration of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
The location of these offices has been determined in turn by the location of the Department's administrative units to which the registry offices provide service, in order to efficiently and efficiently address the issue. management to which the registry function takes place.
In the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, there have recently been changes in the distribution of administrative units, which in turn force some of the general services to be moved. It is the case of the office of the registry located on the Paseo del Prado n. º 28, whose functions and means become integrated in the office of the street registry Torrelaguna n. 58.
Therefore, in view of the general objective of ensuring the attention of the citizen and taking into account the reasons for opportunity, modernisation and administrative simplification, this order establishes a new management of the Register offices of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, deleting the auxiliary register located on the Paseo del Prado, n. 28.
Royal Decree 772/1999, of 7 May, which regulates the submission of applications, written and communications to the General Administration of the State, the issue of copies of documents and the return of originals and the Article 11 provides that the registration offices, both general and ancillary, have the consideration of an administrative body, because they have assigned functions with legal effects vis-à-vis third parties, requires that its creation, modification and deletion be carried out by means of a ministerial, Article 67 (1) (b) of Law 6/1997 of 14 April of the Organization and the Functioning of the General Administration of the State.
In its virtue, with the prior approval of the Minister of Finance and Public Administrations, I have:
Single item. Amendment of Order ECD/841/20125 of 19 April, ordering the registration offices of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
Article 2 of Order ECD/841/2012 of 19 April 2012, ordering the registration offices of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, is worded as follows:
" Article 2. Auxiliary registration offices of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
Will have the consideration of auxiliary registration offices of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport the registration offices located in the Plaza del Rey, 1 and the street of Torrelaguna, 58, of Madrid. "
Additional disposition first. Assumption of activities.
The assumption of the activities associated with the receipt and referral of requests, writings and communications for one or more administrative bodies to be carried out before the auxiliary registration office located in Paseo del Prado, 28, from Madrid, will be made from the entry into force of this order by the auxiliary register of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport located at the street Torrelaguna 58. In addition, this second auxiliary register will be transferred by the personnel who are performing those functions in the first one.
Additional provision second. No increase in public spending.
The application of this order will not increase public spending.
Additional provision third. Development and execution faculties.
Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport is hereby authorized to draft as many resolutions as are necessary for the development and execution of this order.
Single end disposition. Entry into force.
This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
