Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the approval of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, as well as the authorization of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, and established the official character of the title by Council of Ministers Agreement of 30 October 2009 (published in the "Official State Gazette" of 5 January 2010),

This Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, has resolved to publish the plan of studies leading to obtaining the Graduate or Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the Pablo de Olavide University in Seville, which will be structured as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.

Requirement for the level of knowledge of languages for the issue of thetitle: prior to the issuance of the official university degree of Graduate/a in Administration and Business Management, the students have to prove, by means of the procedure which the University of Pablo de Olavide determines, the knowledge of another language, other than that of Castellano and of the other co-official Spanish languages, in the demonstration of a level B2 or higher, stipulated in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. In the case of students participating in the English language programme, the required level of language proficiency shall be in this language.

Recognition of credits: according to article 12.8 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, in its new wording given by Royal Decree 861/2010, students will be able to obtain academic recognition in credits for participation in cultural, sports, student representation, solidarity and cooperation activities. According to the Regulation on the academic recognition of credits to students of the University of Pablo de Olavide, for participation in cultural, sports, student representation, solidarity and cultural activities Cooperation for such activities may be recognised up to a maximum of 6 ECTS in the optativity component.
