Having regard to the draft update of the State Employment Service Charter, prepared by the Directorate General of the State Employment Public Service, and in accordance with the favourable report issued by the State Employment Service, State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality in the Services, this Subsecretariat, in use of the powers assigned to it by article 11.1 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of July 29, establishing the general framework for the Quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, has resolved the following:
1. Approve the previously reviewed Service Letter update.
2. Order the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".
The said Charter of Services will be available at the electronic headquarters of the State Employment Public Service, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, by the that the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed. It will also be available on the Internet Portal of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and at the General Access Point (PAG) www.administracion.gob.es.
