Law 3/2013 of 4 June of the creation of the National Commission on Markets and Competition, and Royal Decree 657/2013 of 30 August 2013 approving the Commission's Organic Statute provide that the Commission National of the Markets and the Competition will have two seats, located in Madrid and Barcelona. In addition, they point to the distribution scheme in the field of administrative organisation.
By Resolution of September 29, 2014, the Presidency of the National Commission of the Markets and the Competition were created and regulated in an integrated way the registration offices of the National Commission of the Markets and the Competition. After sufficient time has elapsed to assess the needs of these units, it is appropriate to reorganise the time of public attention to improve their operation.
By virtue of the above, the Chairman of the National Markets and Competition Commission resolves:

The sixth article of the Resolution of 29 September 2014, the Presidency of the National Commission of the Markets and the Competition for the creation of the registration offices of the National Markets Commission is amended. and the Competition, which is worded as follows:
" Sixth. The Register Offices and auxiliary records of the National Markets and Competition Commission will have the following opening hours to the public:
In-person: from 08:00 to 15:30 hours, Monday to Friday.
Electronics: 24 hours a day every day of the year. "
