In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, the The General Administration of the State in La Palma has proposed the updating of its Charter of Services. Having regard to the favorable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated February 19, 2015, pursuant to the powers assigned to it by the regulations In the case of Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State, this Sub-Secretariat has resolved the following:
Approve the update of the Charter of Services of the Insular Directorate of the General Administration of the State in La Palma, which will take effect from the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official Gazette". of the State ".
The said Charter of Services must be available in the aforementioned Insular Address and in the electronic headquarters of the Department, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009, 6 of November, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed.
