Article 57.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November of the military career provides that in order to access the scales of officers of the polytechnic engineers, titles of the general education system will be required, taking into account the technical and professional requirements of the body and scale to which it is to be accessed; and Article 65.1, which plans for studies of general and specific military training and, where appropriate, technical training shall comply with the definition of capacity and design of profiles for the professional exercise established by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Air Force, in their field of competence.

in addition, Article 14 of the General Guidelines for the elaboration of the curricula of the education of training for access to the different scales of officers of the Armed Forces bodies, approved by the Order DEF/810/2015, of 4 May, establishes the design and content of the curricula; and article 15, which the curricula of the military formation will be elaborated by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Army of the Air and, in the case of the common bodies, by the Deputy Secretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of Defense.

Therefore this provision contains the professional profiles to be reached, depending on the fields of activity in which the military will perform, in the first job, the own tasks of the Body of Polytechnical Engineers of the Army of Earth.

Also included are the temporary schedules of the curricula for courses and centres where the ECTS credits ("European Credit Transfer System") of the subjects are given, indicating by a fundamental specialty, the the subjects they belong to and the modules they are immersed in.

Also included are the credits, ECTS or previous, which are recognized to the students of military origin and certain subjects and subjects that are capable of being imparted, partially or totally, by teaching to distance, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to participate in an in-person way.

Finally, the English language training modules are referred to, stating that, given their importance, their learning may be incorporated in other modules by means of the development, in that language, of all or part of the of any of the subjects that integrate them.

During its processing, this project was informed by professional associations with representation in the Council of Personnel of the Armed Forces, in accordance with Article 40.2.b) of the Organic Law 9/2011, of July 27, rights and duties of the members of the Armed Forces and the other professional associations registered in the Register of Professional Associations of members of the Armed Forces have been informed, in accordance with Article 40.1.c) of the Organic Law 9/2011 of 27 July. 1. The Ministerial Order 11/2004, dated 6 February, is hereby repealed, approving the Plans for the Studies of the Military Teaching of Training for the incorporation into the Higher Scale of Officers and the Technical Scale of Officers of the Body of Earth Army Polytechnic engineers.

2. Likewise, any other provision of equal or lower rank is hereby repealed in whatever way they object to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

1. This Ministerial Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of the State.

2. The curricula approved in this ministerial order will be implemented from the 2015-2016 course.

CURRICULUM OF EDUCATION OF OFFICERS TRAINING FOR INTEGRATION INTO THE BODY OF EARTH ARMY POLYTECHNICS ENGINEERS

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

Article 3. Credit recognition.

May be recognized, for those who held the status of military according to the characteristics mentioned below and upon request of the interested parties, the phase of reception, orientation and adaptation to the military life and the appropriations corresponding to the following subjects/subject:

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

According to the law of the military career, the purpose of the teaching of the Armed Forces is to provide its members with the training required for the professional exercise in the different scales and specialties, with the purpose of meeting the needs arising from the organisation and preparation of the Units and their use in operations.

The same law provides that the figure of the military complement is retained, reinforcing its temporary nature with limited commitments up to an eight-year maximum in the employment of lieutenant. Their training will be aimed at the preparation and training for the professional exercise for the assignment to the level of officers of the Technical Engineering Corps of the ET.

Thus, the military complement with the use of lieutenant can exercise the tasks of the Technical Engineering Corps of the ET through its capacity to develop command and management actions, within the field of its own activity their fundamental specialty.

Article 3. Credit recognition.
