TEXT

The Royal Decree-Law 12/2015, of 30 October, adopting urgent measures to repair the damage caused by rainstorms in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and in the south and this peninsular in the months of September and October 2015, establishes a catalogue of urgent measures to repair the damage caused to the persons and property affected by the rainstorms in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands in the month of October 2015 and the months of September and October in the provinces of Almeria, Granada, Malaga, Murcia, Alicante, Valencia, Girona and Tarragona.

Since Article 1.2 of the Royal Decree-Law provides that the determination of the municipal terms and population centres concerned to which the measures contained in it shall apply shall be determined on the basis of the Minister of the Interior, the purpose of this rule is to proceed to such determination.

In this sense, the different nature of the measures established by the royal decree-law requires a distinction between two subjective areas. Thus, on the one hand, Annex I of this order contains the list of municipal terms and population centres affected to which the measures laid down in Articles 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Royal Decree-law 12/2015, of October 30. Annex II to this order also lists the municipal terms and population centres affected to which the measures laid down in Articles 5, 6 and 7 of the Royal Decree-Law will apply. Finally, Annex III of this order includes the list of municipal terms and population centres affected to which the measures laid down in Articles 2.4, 9 and 11 of the Royal Decree-Law will apply only.

Finally, with the entry into force of this order, the deadline provided for in Articles 2.5 and 3.3 of the Royal Decree-Law 12/2015 of 30 October 2015 is complied with, so that the potential beneficiaries of the aid dealt with by the Ministry of the Interior request the aid.

By virtue of the above, and in use of the powers conferred by Article 23 of Law 50/1997 of 27 November of the Government, and by the final provision of Royal Decree-Law 12/2015 of 30 October 2015, I have:

Single item. Scope of application.

1. The measures provided for by Articles 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of Royal Decree-Law 12/2015 of 30 October 2015 adopting urgent measures to repair the damage caused by temporary rain in the Community Autonomous de Canarias and in the south and this peninsular in the months of September and October 2015, shall apply to the municipal terms and population cores referred to in Annex I of this order.

2. The measures provided for in Articles 5, 6 and 7 of Royal Decree-Law 12/2015 of 30 October 2015 shall apply to the municipal and population-based terms referred to in Annex II to this order.

3. The measures provided for in Articles 2.4, 9 and 11 of Royal Decree-Law 12/2015 of 30 October 2015 shall also apply to the municipal and population-based terms referred to in Annex III to this order.

Single additional disposition. Deadlines.

Applications for the aid provided for in Articles 2 and 3 of Royal Decree-Law 12/2015 of 30 October 2015 may be submitted up to two months after the entry into force of this order, in accordance with Articles 2.5 and 3.3 of that royal decree-law.

Single end disposition. Effectiveness.

This order will take effect the day following your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

Madrid, 4 December 2015.-The Minister of the Interior, Jorge Fernández Díaz.
