The meeting begins with a single point of the day:

Adaptation to the Second Collective Convention on Educational Leisure and Sociocultural Animation with modification of the text in annex or additional provision to raise and register in the Ministry of Employment and Social Security. It is agreed to send to the Ministry the modification that has arisen within the Joint Commission and forwarded to the competent body, this Negotiating Table, as was answered in the registered consultation itself. The response of the consultation referred to is unanimously approved by the parties.

In this way the new text would be integrated into the Second Collective State Framework Convention as a transitional provision first:

" For the purposes of the new categories implemented in the Second State Framework Convention on Educational Leisure and Sociocultural Animation, not existing in the First State Framework Convention on Educational Leisure and Sociocultural Animation, they will be in force with effect from the entry into force of the new administrative contracts which are signed after publication in the "BOE" of the Second Collective Convention on Educational Leisure and Sociocultural Animation. "

Without prejudice to the foregoing, which determines the date of the accrual, those workers who are effectively receiving the amounts corresponding to those categories to the date of entry into force of the Second Convention The State Framework of Educational Leisure and Sociocultural Animation will maintain the aforementioned economic perceptions, not being able to retract these quantities and with the obligation on the part of the companies and entities to continue to pay them.

Don Celso Sánchez García is also authorized to register this modification.

Minutes that are raised in Madrid, at 2 p.m. on October 28, 2015, and signed by the representatives of the Employers 'and Trade Unions' Organizations. -President, José Luis Manzanares.-The Secretary, M. Mes Pilar Marble Bris.
