The Electronic Registration of Power is created by virtue of Article 15 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of Electronic Access of Citizens to the Services to the General Administration of the State and its dependent or related public bodies, in order to improve the care of the citizens, making available an instrument to facilitate the accreditation, before the organs of the Administration, of the proxies granted for the completion of formalities administrative.
Its operation was regulated by the HAP/1637/2012 Order of 5 July, which regulates the Electronic Registration of Power.
This Order, in its article 9.1, provides that the accession of a ministerial department or public body to the register shall be effected by publication in the "Official State Gazette" of a Resolution of the holder of the Sub-secretariat of the department or the head of the body, in which the initial procedures and actions will be carried out by electronic means for which the representation incorporated in the Electronic Register of Power will be valid.
By virtue of the above, I resolve:
First. Accession of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations to the Electronic Register of Power.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations are joined by the Ministry of Finance and the Electronic Register of Power in relation to the procedures and actions set out in the Annex to this Resolution, which are incorporated into the Catalogue of procedures and actions for which you can take over for your realization on the Internet.
Second. Application.
This Resolution will be applicable from its publication in the electronic headquarters of the affected organs and units.
