the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport, the Council of Ministers, at its meeting on May 5, 2017, agrees:

First. Establishment of the official character of the securities.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 3 (3) of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October 2007 establishing the ordination of official university teaching, the official character of the Master's degrees listed in the Annex to this Agreement.

These titles will be of official character and validity throughout the national territory, will have full academic effects and will enable, where appropriate, the performance of regulated professional activities, according to the rules that are applicable in each case.

Second. Publication of the curriculum.

As provided for in Article 26 (3) of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, the rectors of the respective universities will have to order the publication of the plans of studies leading to the acquisition of the diplomas. included in the Annex, in the Official State Gazette and in the official journal of the Autonomous Community which corresponds to it.

Third. Registration in the Register of Universities, Centers and Titles.

The titles referred to in the first paragraph shall be entered in the Register of Universities, Centres and Titles (RUCT). Such registration shall be considered as an accredited title.

Fourth. Renewal of the accreditation of the securities.

Official university degrees, subject to this agreement, in order to maintain their accreditation, must be submitted to the assessment procedure provided for in Article 27a of the Royal Decree 1393/2007, before Four years from the date of its initial verification or from the date of its last accreditation.

Fifth. Issue of the title.

The titles shall be issued on behalf of the King by the rectors of the corresponding universities, in accordance with the rules in force, with the express mention of this agreement.

Sixth. Enablement for the adoption of measures for the implementation of the agreement.

By the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport, in the field of their competences, the necessary measures for the implementation of this Agreement shall be adopted.

Seventh. Error correction.

Warning of error in the Council of Ministers Agreement of 12 November 2010 establishing the official character of certain Master's titles and their registration in the Register of Universities, Centres and Titles, published in the Official Gazette of 16 December 2010 in the Official Journal of the State of 16 December 2010, as follows: in Annex I "Relation of official university degrees of master ordered by branches of knowledge and universities", in Page 103866, under the heading "Arts and Humanities, Pompeu Fabra University", where he says " Master University in Comparative Literature and Literary Creation ", she must say" Master's degree in Comparative Literature and Literary Translation/Comparative Literature i Literary Translation ".
