Decree n ° 2016-336 of 24 March 2016 promoting and appointing the Order of Merit for the year 2016
THE PRESIDENT OF THE PUBLIC,
HAVING the Constitution in its Articles 43 and 76;
IN THE MATTER OF Decree No. 71-652 of 09 June 1971 regulating the Order of Merit, as amended;
VU decree n ° 2012-1169 of 31 October 2012 appointing the Grand Chancellor;
VU Decree n ° 2013-329 of 03 March 2013 renewing and appointing the members of the Council of the Order;
VU the decree n ° 2014-845 of 06 July 2014 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Decree n ° 2015-855 of 22 June 2015 on the composition of the Government;
VU Decree n ° 2015-1471 of 29 September 2015 on the distribution of the quota of decorations in the National Orders for the year 2016;
VU the statement of the Council of the Order in its meetings of 25 and 26 February 2016, the result of which is that the proposals and appointments are made in accordance with the laws, decrees and regulations in force;
