Decree No. 2007-1619 of 31 December 2007 authorizing the loss of Senegalese nationality.

The President of the Republic,

Having regard to the Constitution, in particular Articles 43 and 76 thereof;

In accordance with Law 61-10 of 7 March 1961 on the Code of Nationality, in particular Articles 18 and 19 thereof;

In view of Decree No. 2007-826 of 19 June 2007, appointing the Prime Minister;

In accordance with Decree 2007-964 of 7 September 2007 concerning
Responsibilities of the Minister of State, Minister of Justice and the Garde des Sceaux;

In view of the request of the parties concerned, together the documents of the files.

Decline:

Article 1. - The following persons are entitled to lose the Senegalese nationality:

No. 1245-Mr. Mamadou Ngoma Ndiaye, born 20 May 1967 in Dakar, residing in Berlin.

1246-Mr Seydina Omar Diallo, born 2 March 1962 in Médina Gounass, remaining Neuer Graben 161,44137 Dortmund;

N ° 1247-M. Madi Hawa Dièmé, born 14 November 1959 in Kafountine, remaining Im Prüfling 34,60389 Frankfurt am Main.

Art. 2. The Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, shall be responsible for the execution of this Decree.
