Law n ° 2013-06 of December 11, 2013 law n ° 2013-06 of December 11, 2013 supplementing and amending certain provisions of the national holiday and the statutory holidays Act, n ° 74-52 on November 4, 1974, as amended EXPOSES reasons Grand Magal Touba is a great moment in the life of a large cross-section of society. It is, of course, a religious dimension stamped fundamentally of an action of grace, but also of economic, socio-cultural and educational dimension not less.
Also, sensitive to the demands of the community and aware of the multidimensional impact of Grand Magal Touba, the President of the Republic, proposed t - it to take the necessary measures to enable the populations concerned to live fully their aspiration.
This Bill fits within this framework. It tends to make the day of the Grand Magal, a legal party, non and paid.
Such is the economy of the present Bill.
The National Assembly adopted in its session of Saturday, November 30, 2013;
The President of the Republic enacts the law whose content follows: Article 1. -It is added between the 4th and 5th indents of article 2 of Act No. 74-52 of 4 November 1974, an indent to read: "Article 2, between the 4th and 5th indents, the day of the Grand Magal de Touba;
S. 2 - the provisions of article 4 of Act No. 74 - 52 of 4 November 1974 are repealed and replaced by the following: 'Article 4. -The national holiday, the Tamxarit, the Magal Touba Grand day and the day of May 1 are nonworking time and paid".
This Act will be presented as a law of the State.
