EXPOSE REASONS
The Grand Magal de Touba is a great moment in the life of an important fringe of society. It is, of course, a religious dimension that is fundamentally stamped with a thankless action, but also with an economic, socio-cultural and educational dimension, not less.

Also, sensitive to the demands of this community and aware of the multidimensional impact of the Grand Magal de Touba, the President of the Republic, is he proposing to make the provisions necessary to enable the people concerned To fully live their aspirations.
This Bill is part of this framework. It tends to make the day of Grand Magal, a legal holiday, free and paid.
This is the economy of this bill.

The National Assembly adopted, at its meeting on Saturday 30 November 2013;
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Article 1. -It is added between the 4th and 5th indents of Article 2 of Act No. 74-52 of 4 November 1974, a dash so worded as follows:
" Article 2, between the 4th and 5th dashes, the day of the Grand Magal de Touba; "

Art. 2. -The provisions of Article 4 of Law No. 74-52 of 4 November 1974 are repealed and replaced by the following provisions:

" Article 4. -The national holiday, the Tamxarit, the day of the Grand Magal de Touba and the day of 1st May are free and paid.
This Law shall be presented as the law of the State.
