CHANGES IN ARTICLE 32 OF THE LAW June 17 199 4 55
(PROVISIONS OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND THE PENALTY)


We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 26 November 1997.


Art.1 Article 32 of Law 55 of June 17, 1994 is amended as follows:
"Art.32
(Entry into force of the provisions on criminal proceedings)
The provisions contained in Title II, with the exception of ' Article 30, which shall enter into force
immediately, entering into force on 1 September 1994 and apply to all criminal trials
enrolled in the repertoire after that date. ".

Art.2 This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
