GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE STATE AND ENTITIES PUBBLI CI
FINAL REPORT OF SAN MARINO INSTITUTE OF CREDIT FOR THE YEAR 1997 FINANCIAL



We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting on 17 December 1998.


Art.1 E 'approved, in accordance with Article 12 of the Legg November 9, 1979 n.70, the
generai flow statement of the State for the financial year 1997, as set by the schedule
Statement of Financial Statements, and Statement of Residues behalf of the Heritage attached to this law (Annex
"a") together with Consuntivi balances for the 1997 financial year of the Institute for Social Security
(Appendix "B"), the Company Autonomous State for Public Services (Annex "C"), the Company
Autonomous Production State (Annex "D"), the Company Autonomous State Philatelic-Numismatic
(Appendix "E"), the CONS ( Appendix "F"), the Company Autonomous
for the management of the Centrale del Latte (Appendix "G") and of the University (Appendix "H")


Art.2 The Congress of State is authorized, by derogation from Article 45 of the Law
November 9, 1979 n.70, to defer the forfeiture of still switched on arrears on
chapters of the State Budget in Annex 1.


Art.3 The dell'AASS Board of Directors is authorized, notwithstanding
Article 45 of Law 70 of November 9, 1979, to postpone the abatement of residual passive
still switched on Chapters of Financial Statement dell'AASS in Annex 2.


Art.4 E 'it approved, in accordance with Article 20 of the Legg March 8, 1988 33, the Budget
Final Balance for the 1997 financial year the Istituto di Credito Sammarinese in Annex 3
.





Art.5 This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication
.
