GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE STATE AND ENTITIES PUBBLI CI
FINAL REPORT OF SAN MARINO INSTITUTE OF CREDIT FOR THE YEAR 1998 FINANCIAL
We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino
We promulgate and publish the following law passed by the Council Great and General
its meeting on 14 December 1999.
Art. 1
E 'approved, in accordance with Article 56 of Law 18 February 1998 n. 30, the General Statement
of the State for the financial year 1998, as set by the statement of the Financial Statements, Statement of
Residues and Statement of Heritage attached to this Act (Annex "A") together with || | financial Consuntivi for the 1998 financial year of the Institute for Social Security (Annex
"B"), the Company Autonomous State for public Services (Annex "C"), the Company Autonomous
Production of State (Annex "D"), the Company Autonomous Filatelico- State
Numismatics (Appendix "E"), the CONS (Appendix "F"), the Company Autonomous management of
Centrale del Latte (Appendix "G") and of the University (Appendix "H").
Art. 2
The active compounds, however, it turned on are maintained in balance until the State Congress
it resolves the definitive cancellation in accordance with Article 66 of Law 18 February 1998 n. 30.
The arrears Annex "I" are mantas uti in statements pursuant to the third paragraph of Article 67 of the Law
18 February 1998 n. 30.
Art. 3
The autonomous institutions of the public sector are allowed to defer the forfeiture of
still lit residues of the relevant resolution of the Board of Directors.
Art. 4
E 'approved, in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of March 8, 1988 n. 33, the Final Budget for the financial year 1998
Credit Institute Sammarinese Annex "L".
Art. 5
This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication.
