Art. 2 2.1 The teaching and educational continuity on custom projects for inclusion of carriers of deficit or pupils with special needs situations, referred to in Article 3 of Law 30 July 1980 n. 60, is ensured according to the procedures and criteria laid down by Article 11 of Law 21 of February 12, 1998, through the rational use of teaching staff and in compliance with current regulations. Aspirants to assignments and supply teachers, who join the rankings based on the degree qualifying for teaching in nursery school or on the basis of qualifying undergraduate teaching in elementary school, keep score for any service rendered to the year 2002-2003 school year based on enrollment on the list by virtue of the specific professional diploma in teaching, the joint registration to the degree course in Primary Education or an equivalent degree program, referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 3 Decree 49 of May 25, 1994. 3. Non-graduates who enroll on the list and who have gained the service on the basis of enrollment on the list by virtue of the specific professional diploma in teaching, the joint registration to the degree course in Primary Education or an equivalent degree program, have the priority over other non-graduates in the order of service points accrued up to the school year 2002-2003. Art. 10 10.1. Article 6 of this law takes effect from the school year 2004-2005. 2.
