changes to the law 29 January 1992 7 - general urban plan (PRG)


We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Great and General Council
its meeting of 29 September 2005.

Art. 1
Annexes B and C of the Law January 29, 1992 # 7 are amended as follows:
"cemetery Montalbo:
- Particles marked the land registry sheet numbers 28 56 (in part) and 57 (in part)
located in town Montalbo - City and intended TAVOL on the General Plan as "Zone E:
agricultural areas" (Article 43 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) are turned into "Zone for Services in
PP: cemeteries (c) "(Article 48 of law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan of which
Annex" to "the present law.
- particles marked the land registry sheet numbers 28 57 (in part) and 371 (partly) located in the locality
Montalbo - City and intended on TAVOL the General Plan as "zones
Constraint Detail: AP Zone Constraint Panoramic Paesistico" (Article 50 Law of 29 January 1992
n. 7) is transformed into: "Zone for PP Services: cemeteries (c)" (Article 48 of Law 29 January 1992
7), as defined in the plans referred to ' "a" attached to this law.
- Particles marked the land registry sheet numbers 28 91 (in part), 92 (partly) and 371 (in part
) located in the village of Montalbo - City and allocates and on the board of the General Plan as || | "areas to Equip Public Verde" (Article 29, Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) are
transformed into "Zone for Services in PP: cemeteries (c)" (Article 48 of Law 7 of 29 January 1992) ,
as defined by the plan set out in Annex "to" the present law.
- The particle distinguished land registry sheet 28 to number 91 (in part), situated in the locality
Montalbo - Cities and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Areas to equip a
Public Green" (Article 29 law of 29 January 1992 n. 7) is transformed into: "Zone for Services in
PP: kiosk (cch)" (Article 48 of law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan of which all
' attachment "to" the present law.
- The portion of land marked land registry to public roads of the sheet 28, located in the town Montalbo
- Cities and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Traffic",
is transformed into "Zone for Services PP: kiosk (cch) "(Article 48 of law 29 January 1992
7), as defined by the plan of which all'alegato" a "of this law.."
Art. 2
Annexes B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 are amended as follows:
"Cemetery of Serravalle:
- the particle distinguished land registry sheet 13 to number 76 (in part), situated in the locality Serravalle
and designed on the table of the General Plan as "D1 Zone: Industrial Areas in
Detailed Plan" (Article 41 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) is transformed into: "Zone for
PP Services: cemeteries (c ) "(Article 48 of law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by
plan set out in Annex" b "of this law.
- The particle distinguished land registry sheet 13 to number 76 (in part), situated in the locality
Serravalle and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Zone E: agricultural areas"
(Article 43 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) is TRASFO mata in "Zone for PP Services:
cemeteries (c)" (Article 48 of Law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan set out in Annex "b" | || of this Act. ".
Art. 3
Annexes B and C of the law January 29, 1992 # 7 are amended as follows:
" Cemetery of Chiesanuova:
the particle marked the land registry sheet 59 number 4 (in part), situated in the locality
Chiesanuova and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Zone in the Park" (Article 30
Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) is transformed into: "Zone for PP Services: cemeteries (C) "
(Article 48 of law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan set out in Annex" C "of this law
.."
Art .
4 Annexes B and C of the Law January 29, 1992 # 7 are amended as follows:
"Cemetery of Montegiardino:
the particle marked the land registry sheet number 57 341 (in part), situated in the locality
Montegiardino and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Zone E: agricultural areas"
(Article 43 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) is TRASFO mata in "Zone for PP Services:
cemeteries (C)" (Article 48 of Law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by the plan set out in Annex "d" of
this Act.. "
Art. 5

Annexes B and C of the Law January 29, 1992 # 7 are amended as follows:
"Fiorentino Cemetery:
The particles marked the land registry sheet numbers 62 91 (in part) and 97 (in part) located in
locations Fiorentino and intended on the table of the General Plan as "areas to equip a
Public Green" (Article 29, Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) are turned into "Zone for
Services in PP: cemeteries (c) "(Article 48 of law 7 of 29 January 1992), as defined by
plan set out in Annex" and "this Act.".
Art. 6
Annexes B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 are amended as follows:
"Cemetery Faetano:
- The portion of land marked land registry to public roads of the sheet 35, located in || | locations Bigandola - Faetano and bound on the table of the General Plan as "Traffic",
is transformed into "Zone for PP Services: cemeteries (c)" (Article 48 of Law 29 January 1992 7
), as defined by the plan of which all'alegato "f" of this Act. ".
Art. 7
Annexes B and C of the Law 7 of 29 January 1992 are amended as follows:
"- Particles marked land registry sheet to 22 numbers 24, 55, 491 (partly) and 26 (in
part), situated in the locality Fiorina and intended on General Plan tables as "Zone
E: agricultural areas" (Article 43 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) is transformed into: "Zone for Services in
PP hygienic sanitary - elderly care center (Is - CAA) "(Article 48 of law 29 January 1992
7), as defined by the plan of which all'alegato" g "of the present law.
- particles marked in the cadastre sheet 22 numbers 56, 59, 26 (in part), 665 (in part) and 30
(partly) located in the locality Fiorina and intended on General Plan tables as
"Zone E : agricultural areas "(Article 43 of Law 29 January 1992 n. 7) is transformed into:" Zone for
Services in PP: special project of public initiative (Zs - Ps) "(Article 48 of Law 29 January 1992
7), as defined by the plan of which all'alegato "g" of the present law.
- The particles identified in the cadastre sheet numbers 22 30 (in part) and 665 (partly) located in
locations Fiorina and intended on General Plan tables as "Zone E: agricultural areas"
(Article 43 of law 29 January 1992 n. 7) are TRASFO mate in "Project Carrabile Roads",
as defined by the plan set out in Annex "g" of the present law.
- The particle characterized in cadastral sheet 22 to number 30 (in part) placed in locality Fiorina and
intended on General Plan tables as "Zone E: agricultural areas" (Article 43 Law
January 29 1992 n. 7) is transformed into a "Zone for PP parking (P)" (Article 48 of Law
January 29, 1992 7), as defined by the plan set out in Annex "g" of the present law.. "Art.8

this Act, which repeals all contrary provisions, comes into force on the fifth day following
that of its legal publication.
