DECREE - LAW 154 of 30 September 2011


We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino

Given the assumptions of necessity and urgency in art. 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law
15 December 2005 n. 183 and art. 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n.
184, namely the necessity and the urgency to extend the mandate of the current members of the
Commission of Public Finance Control for the time strictly necessary to operate
appropriate changes to the rules on accounting system strained
to redefine the composition of the Commission and riqualificarne functions;
Given the decision of No. 3 State Congress adopted in the sitting of 30 September 2011;
Considering Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2,
of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005;
We promulgate and send for publishing the following Decree-Law:


EXTENDING MANDATE OF THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE PUBLIC FINANCE CONTROL



The period referred to in paragraph 1 of the Sole Executive Officer of Decree 24 February 2011 n.
44 shall be extended to 31 December 2011, subject to the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same article
.
The period referred to in Article of the Decree Law 11 May 2011 n. 79 is extended to 31 December 2011.
