REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 197 of December 20, 2011 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Given the assumptions of need and urgency in art. 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law 15 December 2005 n. 183 and art. 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n. 184, namely the need to allow the full and complete implementation of the processing procedures of industrial licenses, business licenses as required by Article 43, paragraph 3, of Law 129 of July 23, 2010, as amended, and the urgency to adopt as soon as this measure given the impending expiry of the deadline for the transformation; Given the decision of the State Congress adopted in the sitting # 2 of 16 December 2011; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Given the art.82 of the Law 165 of 17 November 2005 and in addition to what it provides; We promulgate and publish the following decree: EXTENSION OF TERM IN ARTICLE 43, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW 23 July 2010 129, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE TRANSFORMATION OF LICENSES INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING OR SERVICE IN COMMERCIAL Art.1 The period referred to in Article 43, paragraph 3, of Law 129 of July 23, 2010 and subsequent amendments shall be extended to 31 May 2012.
