Draft Decree Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 24 May 2013 56 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, point b) of the Constitutional Law of 15 December 183 of 2005 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 184 of 15 December 2005, namely: - the need to reopen the deadline for the fulfillment of a further consideration, by the College under Article 7 of the Law March 30, 2012 n. 35, of certain naturalization applications filed within the period prescribed in Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Decree - Law 3 August 2012 n. 113, in the light of any developments formalized by the Gendarmerie to the Board itself; - The urgent need to allow as soon as the said further consideration and adoption by the Great and General Council of the resulting acts of competence; - Having regard to the unanimous decision of the Bureau taken at its meeting on 20 May 2013; - Having regard to Council resolution Great and General # 1 of 20 May 2013, and especially since the same provisions regarding the suspension of the granting of naturalization as a result of the elements occurring formalized by the Gendarmerie and the above; Given the decision of the Congress of State # 1 adopted at its meeting on 22 May 2013; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: REOPENING OF TERMS FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BOARD FOR NATURALIZATION IN ARTICLE 7 OF LAW 30 March 2012 No. 35 AMENDED BY DECREE - LAW August 3, 2012 113 Art. 1 1. in order to allow a further consideration of naturalization applications filed within the period prescribed in Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Decree - Law 3 August 2012 n. 113, has set a deadline of 15 days from the date of entry into force of this Decree - Law for the fulfillment by the College under Article 7 of the Law March 30, 2012 n. 35 of the top activities. Art. 2 1. Within the said period, the Board will have to send the report containing the resulting decisions to further consideration of Article 1 Office Institutional Secretariat, to read of competence.
