Text Decree - Law REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO DECREE - LAW 168 of 18 November 2015 We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having seen the need and urgency referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, letter b) of the Constitutional Law 15 December 2005. 183 and Article 12 of the Qualified Law 15 December 2005 n. 184, namely:  the need to extend the period referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Decree - Law 3 November 2015 n. 161 concerning the termination of the liquidation and commissioning Autonomous Company for the management of the Centrale del Latte, in order to define better the situation regarding all workers who are currently employees of the aforementioned Autonomous Company;  the urgent need to extend this period, being the same expiring tomorrow; Given the decision of the 61 State Congress adopted in the sitting of 17 November 2015; Having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Constitutional Law no. 185/2005 and Article 9 and Article 10, paragraph 2, of the Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; Promulgate and publish the following Decree-Law: EXTENSION OF TERM AND CESSATION OF APPLICATION OF LIQUIDATION COMPANY INDEPENDENT MANAGEMENT OF CENTRAL MILK Single Article 1. The period referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Decree - Law 3 November 2015 n. 161 is extended to 31 December 2015.
