Microsoft Word - D120-2006.doc 1 REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Having regard to Article 4 of the Constitutional Law no.185 / 2005 and Article 6 of Qualified Law n.186 / 2005; We promulgate and publish the following ordinary law approved by the Great and General Council at its meeting on 20 novembre2006 LAW November 21, 2006 AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW Ranked # 120 December 13, 2005 N. 179 AND CHANGES IN THE STATE BUDGET AND THE BUDGETS OF THE FORECAST PUBLIC FOR tHE FINANCIAL YEAR 2006 Art.1 Article 23 of Law 13 December 2005 n. 179 is amended as follows: "Art.23 (Transfers ISS) Pursuant to and the effects of Article 26, third paragraph, of Law 20 December 2002 n. 112, the Congress of State is authorized, in the context of a policy aimed at eliminating waste management but in the continuity of the services offered and quality standards, to provide the Institute for Social Security, for 2006, a fund endowment for health care, to be charged on cap.1-9-4590, in the amount of € 50,400,000.00, as well as a fund for the social and health services, to be charged on the cap. 1-9-4610, in the € 10,050,000.00 measure ". In implementing the provisions of Article 49 of Law 16 December 2004 n. 172, the Congress of State is authorized to provide the Institute for Social Security - as a further contribution to funding the Employees Pension Fund - on cap. 1-9-4606 the amount of € 915,809.38.
