LAW 25 July 2007 Ranked # 90 IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE TRADE UNIONS FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE ECONOMIC EFFECTS OF THE AGREEMENT WORK oF tHE pUBLIC SERVICE fOR tHE PERIOD 2007-2008 - MODIFICATION ANNEX "F" tO tHE ORGANIC LAW Art.1 the public wages from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008 are those resulting from the tables attached to nn.1a and 1b. The remuneration referred to in the preceding paragraph shall apply to employees of the public sector, with effective dates indicated in the above tables. Art.2 The steady state pensions, paid under the Law of March 8, 1927 7 and subsequent integrations or modifications, are adequate based on the tables set out in Article 1, calculated in accordance with Article 15 of the Law on January 28 1982 12 and Article 3 of Law 30 March 1993 n.52. Art.3 The Appendix "F" to the Organic Law it is amended as from the tables attached to nn.2a and 2b. Salaries are determined by the above tables and from the date specified in them. Art.4 The allowances and the ancillary wages contained in current legislation are those laid down in Article 4 of Law 54 of April 25, 2003. Art. 5 The cost financial responsibility of the State budget, resulting from the application of this law, estimated at Euro 2,320,000.00 for 2007 and Euro 4,660,000.00 for the financial year 2008, It provides by allocation of increased spending on the relevant budget chapters relating to staff expenditure and for the categories "wage costs 2 Institutional bodies", "staff in active employment", and "staff Dismissal" and following transfer of availability required by the cap. 01/03/2650 "compensation expense and restructuring and economic improvements to employees and pensioners of the State," on the basis of the appropriations for this purpose established by the Law of Financial Statements 18 December 2006 135. Art.6 The additional costs arising from this Act billed to the Broader Public Sector Organizations and so esteemed: Institute for Social Security Euro 863,068.00 for 2007 and € 1,734,756.00 for 2008; Autonomous State for Euro 233,630.00 Public Services for the year 2007 and € 476,613.00 for 2008; Autonomous State of Production Euro 45,885.15 for the year 2007 and Euro 92,239.38 for the year 2008; Philatelic and Numismatic Euro 42,100.00 for the year 2007 and Euro 84,250.00 for the year 2008; University Studies Euro 36,111.24 for the year 2007 and Euro 74,715.45 for the year 2008; National Olympic Committee of San Marino Euro 17,850.51 for the year 2007 and Euro 38,792.85 for the year 2008; Ente Authority for Civil Aviation and Maritime Navigation Euro 3.100,00 for the year 2007 and Euro 6,250.00 for the year 2008; will be covered through utilization of the appropriations on the relevant expense items of financial statements of the individual entities concerned, expressly authorized by Act of 18 December 2006 Financial Statements 135. Art.7 It 'repealed all provisions contrary to the present law. Article 8. This Law shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its legal publication.
