Law 27 March 1916 Ranked # 6 extending the colonial society, agricultural contracts and small attractive rents Italian citizens in service in R. Army. (1) The Great and General Council in view of the friendly relations and good neighborliness with the Government of His Majesty the King of Italy, felt obliged to exercise during this war a special protection on farm families regnicole r presidents in the Republic, the members of which are in the army, has approved the following decree. Art. 1. - The farmhouse Company, agricultural contracts, verbal and written cologne and small rent maturing from May 31 to September 30, 1917 made with clones and tenant farmers who are in service with the Royal Italian Army, shall be extended a year when the colonist and the tenant who is in the army so requests. Art. 2. - The request referred to in the previous article must ssere made on stamped paper from ITL 1 with the Clerk of the Court Commissioner's no more 'later than 15 April 1917 and notified to the interested party within five days.
