Law 24 May 1921 Ranked # 15 on the preference to be given to the owners of land to citizens
San Marino in agricultural contracts (1).
Art.
1. - The owners or possessors both San Marino and foreign, in granting land to the colony parziaria
or fixed salary or small rent must give preference to settlers, permanent workers,
to tenants who are citizens of San Marino.
Art. 3.
- Any dispute that may arise regarding the above mentioned requirement to give priority
be referred to arbitration by the Commission referred to Article 25 of the Law of 15 February 1921.
Art. 4.
- This Act shall come into force on the day following that of its legal publication.
