LAW ON THE EXERCISE OF INDUSTRY AND NOISY PROFESSIONS 20 June 1922 No 20 Art. 1. - The exercise of professions or industries or sad re noisy or uncomfortable, in town or in the next proximity of homes to homes, should suspend him in the hours night: in the spring - summer from 23 o'clock to 6 o'clock in the morning and in the fall - winter 22 pm to 7 am. Art. 2. - The Provincial Political - of motion or on complaint by interested and prefixed appropriate investigations - will determine whether a particular industry, trade or profession is to be counted among those uncomfortable or noisy. If so intimate the timetable are given stated in Article 1. Against the decision of the Inspectorate it is permitted complaint to the State Congress which decides definitively. Art. 3. - Those who, after having received in accordance with Article prior to the notice of the Political Inspectorate, contravene the established timetable art. 1 incur a fine of LIT ten to hundred pounds.
