N. 8. Law contains additions to the Criminal Code. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino promulgate and send for publishing the following law approved by the Great and General Council in His models Returning March 28, 1927: Art. 1. The penalty established by art. 19 Law of 28 May 1881 shall also apply if the offense to the rulers or heads of foreign governments is done in any other way contrary to the public press. In any case the prosecution is exercised office but prior permission of the Regency. Art. 2. Any event or seditious cries when vvenga publicly, constitutes contravention and is punishable by a fine of L. 50 aL. 500 or with imprisonment up to three months, provided that the fact constitutes a more 'serious crime.
