No 12. Law for the establishment of the Republican Guard. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino Promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX in His Returning Delli July 13, 1933: Art. 1. E 'established the Republican Guard in order to contribute, together with the existing bodies, the maintenance of order and public safety. Art. 2.
