No. 13. Law approving the "Enrico Garda" Foundation with the purpose of establishing scholarships. We the Captains Regent of the Most Serene Republic of San Marino We promulgate and publish the following law approved by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX, in his today's Returned: Art. 1. E 'approved the Foundation, to commemorate in perpetuity the munificent its donor, it is called "Henry Garda". Art. 2. Capital - which declares inalienable - the Foundation consists of forty-two thousand lire in folders of the Public Debt of the Kingdom of Italy, annuity five percent, and twelve thousand seven hundred dollars in half past six titles per cent of the loan " City of Milan, "and so globally for a current income of about twelve thousand pounds per year. The assets of this Foundation will be directly managed and supervised by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX. Art. 4. The purpose of the Foundation is to form, with the annual income of the assets, "Henry Garda" scholarships for young San Marino citizens wishing to attend university, or those who primarily wish to attend a school of c rattere agricultural, professional , or arts and crafts. Art. 5. The number and amount of scholarships will be decided each year by the Prince and Sovereign Council of the LX, who will also the allocation of grants. In providing for the allocation of grants, the Prince and Sovereign of the LX Council will bear in mind the desire of the Founder - under article 4 - s in nse to give preference to young people who are on track to higher education, or lower dell ' agriculture, arts and crafts, and, presumably, on completion of studies, have to carry out their activities in the Republic and the Republic: having regard to the merits and to the state of need for each take.
